Governor Uba Sani, CON, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of renowned Islamic scholar Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauch

Governor Uba Sani, CON, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of renowned Islamic scholar Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, who passed on in Kaduna. He described the late scholar as a spiritual guide whose life reflected the values of Islam; knowledge, humility, peace, and unity, and whose teachings greatly strengthened the Tijjaniyya community and Islamic scholarship across Nigeria and beyond.

The Governor prayed for Allah (SWT) to grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus and comfort his family, students, and followers, noting that his legacy of service to humanity will continue to inspire generations. On behalf of the Government and people of Kaduna State, he extended condolences to his family, the Tijjaniyya Order, and the entire Muslim Ummah.
