The Bauchi state government has announced plans to hold its final road show in Bauchi City on Thursday, as part of preparations for the forthcoming Bauchi State Economic and Investment Summit.
According to a statement by the Governor's media aide, Mukhtar Gidado, the event will take place at the New Banquet Hall, Government House, Bauchi, by 2:00 p.m. and will be led by Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed.
The road show is designed to mobilise and sensitise local investors, business leaders, and key stakeholders to actively participate in the historic summit.
It will also provide a platform for engagement, networking, and discussions on the state's vast economic and investment opportunities.
Governor Mohammed expressed optimism about the summit, stressing the importance of homegrown investors, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders taking ownership of the initiative to drive growth and transformation in the state's economy.
The government has extended an open invitation to business leaders, development partners, civil society organisations, and the media to attend the road show, which serves as the final build-up to the Bauchi State Economic and Investment Summit scheduled for October 8 to 9, 2025.
